Thus, Allah says,",{"kind":14,"text":23},"﴿ فَمَن شَآءَ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ سَبِيلاً ﴾",{"kind":11,"text":25},"(therefore whosoever wills, let him take a path to His Lord.) meaning, from those whom Allah wills that they be guided.
